I have had a life-long passion with painting. Originally, I studied at the West of England College of Art, and later acquired a Fine Art Degree at Reading University.

Whilst bringing up a family I became a freelance illustrator of children's and natural history books. These include Fairy Tales for Marks & Spencer and a comprehensively illustrated book on flowers folk lore called 'Lore of Flowers' published by Blanford Press. I have also been the long-term illustrator of the educational reading scheme called 'New Way'.

Besides being an illustrator I continue as a practising artist and have exhibited locally in Berkshire, in Henley, Croydon and London. For several years my work has been influenced by the inspirational work of Sai Baba.

Most recently I trained as an Art Therapist and enjoy using these skills to enable others to begin healing themselves through the creative process.
